Highlights
Rode in a hot air balloon at dawn overlooking a beautiful and unique valley of "fairy chimneys" and a hundred other balloons in flight (it was incredible) - an hour long flight reaching 100m
Celebrated afterwards with complimentary champagne
Hung out in our naturally cool stone cave hotel
Met the baby kittens living at our hotel
Wandered around the town admiring the houses built into the fairy chimney rocks
Tried the local dish- meat,veggies, spices and broth cooked in pottery that we had to break open ourselves with a hammer
Awoke at 5am every morning to the sound of prayer? Singing? Blasting from the mega speakers of the mosque..this happens 4 more times throughout the day at times according to sunlight
Celebrated Simons birthday by watching the sunrise, the balloon flights and admiring the scenery from the highest point in town
